Oven-Baked Salmon and Broccoli
Ingredients :
Salmon filet
3 garlic cloves
1 tbs butter
2 tsp Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
8 oz. broccoli
2 tbs olive oil
For Salmon :
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. (Make sure to thaw salmon prior to cooking)
Lay parchment paper down on a pan and place salmon filet on top.
In a cup, microwave butter until melted then add onion powder, salt, pepper, and three finely crushed garlic cloves to cup. Mix until consistent.
Pour butter mixture over salmon filet gently
Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked
For Broccoli :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut broccoli into small even pieces discarding the stumps in the process
Place broccoli into a bowl and gently drizzle olive oil until each piece has sufficient coverage
Season with salt and pepper while the broccoli is in the bowl and stir to ensure each piece is included
Lay parchment paper down on a pan then pour broccoli on the pan
Bake for 15 minutes or until desired crispiness is achieved
